• By organizing primary co-operative societies / community development groups, organizing the organizational infrastructure by organizing the populace of the people of Pulsein area:
• Assist the primary co-operative societies / PLSS and UCCs for production growth, employment generation and Fisheries development in the management of their own and economically sustainable drivers;
• Encourage co-operative societies / poly-development groups in employment generation and increase in income of the poor
• Development of intensive agricultural irrigation for the use of irrigation facilities based on the water of the surface as a means of development through cooperative societies / poly development teams;
• Cooperative society / institutional credit system through UCCA and Poly-development groups, ensuring productive use of credit and helping members build capital;
• Encourage diversification of financially sustainable UCCA and Policing products as a platform for providing services, especially in the marketing of agricultural equipments and agricultural products;
• To provide fruitful training for the development of agricultural and animal development to the primary co-operative societies / poly-development groups and members of the management committee of the UCCs and the ideal farmers;
• To provide connectivity to the concerned ministries, departments and organizations to deliver services, supplies and co-operation to the primary co-operative societies / poly development departments and UCCs;
• To submit a project / program to the Government with the purpose of the Board and implement it with the approval of the government;
• Approach appropriate evaluation teams and research organizations for coordination and evaluation of the issues related to the progress and purpose of implementation of projects and programs adopted by the Board.
